"The wine is gorgeous. It’s top, top-flight, clearly world-class and should drink well for 20-25 years… This small, boutique operation represents seven acres of five vineyard blocks owned by Dirk Fulton and Becky Kukkola at an elevation of 800 to 1,375 feet on Diamond Mountain. The debut was 2009, which I reviewed favorably last year. The winemaker is Mark Herold and the vineyard management is under the supervision of Phil Coturri and Jim Barbour, two well-known names in Northern California. The wines are impressive, made from tiny yields. This is a fabulous new operation, very limited in production, but extremely high class and impressive.Robert Parker, Jr, The Vineyardist 2013 LSR Review  "The Wine Advocate" October, 2015

"In the same mold as the 2015 (99 pts), yet with even more minerality and purity, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is an incredible mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. With a deep, saturated purple color, insane aromatics of scorched earth, high-class cigar tobacco, dark chocolate, and gravelly minerality, and fabulous depth and concentration on the palate, it’s thrilling wine and it will still be singing in 30+ years. It’s a true “wow” wine in every sense." Jeb Dunnuck, January, 2019
